‘Buy and Fly’ Promotion Terms and Conditions
This promotional offer is valid beginning July 30, 2011 through until September 30, 2011. It will be included as part of the Offer to Purchase and Agreement of Sale by way of an Addendum which will stipulate the name(s) to be added to an account that will be set up with Orca Air.
The account with Orca Air will be limited to a maximum of 4 names per purchase and will be valid for a maximum of 48 return flights altogether between YVR South Terminal and Tofino Airport. All names to be added to the account must be written into an addendum at the time of the Contract with Moss Development Inc.
Flights must be taken within 2 years from the date of the Contract completion and any unused portion of this promotion will not be credited back but must be used within the specified time. Flights are not pre-paid by the client but will be billed directly to Moss Development Inc. upon usage with Orca Air.
